Shipping Policy

FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

 

Domestic Orders 

  • WITHIN aims to ship out your order within 1-2 business days.

  • Domestic orders  will typically arrive between 8-14 business days (including delays as a result from COVID-19).

  • Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email which will include your tracking number.

  • Please ensure your delivery details are accurate as addresses cannot be changed or cancelled once they are placed.

  • Please note: any duties or taxes will not be covered by WITHIN.

  • Costs for re-delivery attempts will be the customers responsibility.

  • Once the order has dispatched, WITHIN accepts no responsibility for delivery delays or loss of parcels. If this occurs, contact your local shipping agent.

  • Please note: we do not deliver to PO boxes or hotels.

 

International Orders 

  • WITHIN aims to ship out your order within 1-2 business days.

  • International orders will typically arrive between 10-20 business days (including delays as a result from COVID-19).

  • Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email which will include your tracking number.

  • Please note: any duties or taxes will not be covered by WITHIN.

  • If you are unsure of these charges and whether you will be charged or not, please contact your local customs office.

  • Once the order has dispatched, WITHIN accepts no responsibility for delivery delays or loss of parcels. If this occurs, please contact your local shipping agent.

Duties and Taxes

  • There may be duties or taxes applied by customers towards your order when, or after delivery is made.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for paying any additional duties, taxes or customs charges that may or may not be incurred on the order.

  • These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by WITHIN.

  • If you are unsure of the possible charges and whether or not you will be charged, please contact your local customs office.

  • WITHIN works hard to ship your order in a timely manner, however, we are not responsible for any lost or delayed shipments.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@withinphone.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
