  • What countries do you ship to?
    Currently, WITHIN ships to: Australia New Zealand Europe United States Canada
  • Do I pay duties or taxes on my order?
    We cannot guarantee that any customs taxes or charges will be imposed on you. PLEASE NOTE: Any additional tariffs, taxes, or customs fees that may be imposed on your order must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, WITHIN is not responsible for any customs or taxes that might be imposed on your order. As soon as the package arrives in the country where it will be used, customs and import taxes are levied. Customers are responsible for these charges, which are specific to each location. Please take this into account before placing your order.
  • How long will my order take to deliver?
    For domestic orders: 8-14 business days For international orders: 10-20 business days
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order tracking number
  • What currency will I be charged in?
    WITHIN accepts Australian dollars for all payments (AUD). Your financial institution will handle any currency conversion. For any additional enquiries, kindly get in touch with your banking institution. Before placing an order at checkout, we advise using a currency converter to get an estimate in your country's money.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • Do the cases discolour over time?
    Our cases are made of TPU, a strong material that provides excellent protection. When exposed to extreme heat, UV light, and chemicals, clear and/or white TPU may over time turn yellow as a result of colour transference and chemical reactions. The phone case's extent of yellowing is entirely dependent on usage patterns and surroundings.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
    Unfortunately, after an order has been placed, it cannot be changed because WITHIN works diligently every day to pack and send them off. To make sure there are no errors, we advise you to thoroughly verify your order before you pay.
  • I received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item
    WITHIN puts a lot of effort into creating top-notch designs and wants to make sure you're completely happy with your purchase. We are glad to offer you a complete refund in the uncommon case that the item you receive is flawed, damaged, or inaccurate.
  • Who pays for the return postage?
    Please be aware that WITHIN does not pay for return shipping, so you are responsible for paying any custom, tax, and/or shipping costs associated with the returned item.
  • How do I return an item?
